LODGING HOUSES INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS


CLAUSE 1.- IDENTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATION OF GUESTS

All guests are exceptionally obliged to either personally fill out a registration card of the Lodging House or be registered in the Guest Register Book, in case guests belong to a group and their reservations have previously been made, the group leader is responsible for the proper registration. A detailed list of the persons fanning the group will also meet the requirements. The administration will not permit lodging to guest that do not comply with this regulation and, if necessary, it may ask the applicant or the group leader for a proper identification.

CLAUSE 2.- LODGING TIME.

n agreement with the manager, guest will have to specify on the registration card the total number of day they intend to stay. The minimum contract time is considered to be one day, and this will be due at 12:00 o'clock p.m. daily. In terms with this time, the first lodging day may be considered as such whenever guest check in before 6:00 a.m. Should the lodging time not be specified on the registration card, this will be considered as one single day and any extension, if not agreed upon, will be taken as a simple and voluntary prolongation of 24 hours every time. In case, guests are absent for more than one day without any notification, the management may suspend or cancel the service without any need of informing them.

CLAUSE 3.- GUESTS LIABILITIES BILL PAYMENTS

Guests are responsible of paying up on time all charges made on their accounts whenever be required by the management. The housing rate is indicated on a card that contains the regulations approved by Secretaria de Turismo (National Tourist Department) which can be found in every room. Guest checking out after 12:00 p.m.(specified time on previous clause) are obliged to pay for an extra day at the same price. Any lack of payment whenever required causes cancellation of service. Personal checks are not accepted in payment for services or accommodation.

CLAUSE 4.- GUEST LIABILITIES PROHIBITIONS. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:

a) To disturb others by excessive noise. To get involved in fights. To allow musicians in the rooms. To carry pets or other animals, and to do any action that may cause annoyance or disturbances to other guests.
b) To use rooms as a gambling house or play other games that are forbidden by the Law. To gather and make parties that violate the Legal Code and its dispositions.
c) To use electrical current and appliances that may cause fire. In case of compulsory need, a supervised permission may be obtained from the manager.
d) To damage upholstery, furniture, decoration or any other household goods, by using them improperly.
e) To commit any other act that may damage the place or result in injuries to other guests, acts that go against the civil and social behavior.

CLAUSE 5.-

Guests are not allowed to house in their rooms any no registered person. Should the number or identification of originally registered persons in a room vary, guests have to notify the administration clerk. Under no circumstances the number of persons in a room should exceed the one assigned by the lodging house.

CLAUSE 6.- LODGING HOUSE LIABILITIES.

he facilities that the Lodging House offers to its are those specified in the contract and it is compromise of the manager to devotedly obey and practice it accordingly, same as any other Laws and Regulations applied thereupon.

CLAUSE 7.- LODGING HOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES.

The hotel is not responsible for any losses suffered by guests in their rooms or in any other place of its permit. The hotel is responsible only for losses in money or values that guests are secured in safe-deposit boxes of the administration office. An unduplicated key is given to every user of this service.

CLAUSE 8.- OTHER REGULATIONS.

I) The Lodging House do not allow entrance to hotel rooms to any person that had not previously and personally been authorized by the guest. The manager is entitled to prevent any person from visiting other guestrooms. Men occupying single rooms are not permitted to have women as visitors in their rooms unless previously registered. Similarity, this regulation applies to women occupying single rooms.
II) The pools are for the use of guest of the hotel only. Adequate dress is requested in restaurants, lobby, corridors and other service areas of the hotel. In case of non compliance with these regulations, management reserves the right to demand that the room be vacated immediately.

CLAUSE 9.- LUGGAGE AS WARRANTY.

Luggage and other valuables declared by guest on the hotel Registration Book will be considered as property of the registered person or group and will thereby be taken as a warranty to cover charges of any kind for the different services received by guest, provided the administration manager agrees upon, except for the cases where the real value of the luggage does not compensate the total bill.

CLAUSE 10.-

In order to comply with indications given in Clause 31 of Lodging House Regulations, all guests have the protection guaranteed by Civil Responsibility Insurance Contract, which covers all damages and injuries to properties and persons.

CLAUSE Il.- PRINCIPLES.

These Regulations are established following the contents of the Federal Law of Tourism in force, same as indications of Lodging House Regulations. Therefore, compliance to these principles is a responsibility for the Lodging House as well as for the guests.

Hotel will not be responsible for services provided by a third party

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

In case of emergency

In case of emergency dial ext. "0" our operators are trained to call different corporations for health emergencies.

Patient presenting a wound

a) Press with a gauze dressing or compress the site of the wounded injury.
b) Avoid applying alcohol or other types of solutions.
c) Try to ensure that the injured person is sitting or in a place that is well ventilated.
d) Call the doctor

Unconscious Patient

a) Be careful when moving your neck.
b) Put the head in extension towards the back (hypertension).
c) Loosening tight clothing
d) Do not add any type of liquid or drink. Until I fully recover my state of consciousness.
e) Keep the place where the patient is well ventilated
f) Call the doctor.

Patient with burns

a) Depending on the area, size and place of the burn, do not cover with contaminating objects.
b) Call the doctor immediately.

Patient with possible fracture

a) Do not massage.
b) Immobilize the affected part with a bandage or cardboard as a splint.
c) Do not manipulate the patient and try to resolve the possible fracture without taking the x-ray.
d) Make the patient as comfortable as possible and do not move him.
e) Call the doctor immediately.

Aspiration bit emergency

a) Try to clear the areas of someone type of food, mucus or some other content.
b) Have aside, if it is a minor.
c) Put the head in hypertension position.
d) Perform the Heimlich maneuver.
e) Don't give him anything to drink.
f) Call the doctor immediately.

Emergencies due to lipothymia (common fainting)

a) Take the pulse.
b) Make the patient comfortable.
c) Ventilate a little.
d) Loosen tight clothing.
e) Shelter it if it is cold (hyperthermic).
f) Call the doctor immediately

Emergencies in nasal bleeding

a) Sit the patient and apply cold prey to the face and head with a towel.
b) Press the nostrils and breathe through the mouth.
c) Call the urgent doctor.

Generalities

Do not provide medications or liquids until you have information if the patient is hypertensive diabetic, epileptic, etc ... and the doctor can review it.

The purpose of the energy saving programmed for environmental protection is through the following actions from which you are a very important part of it: Turn off the light switch when you are not using it, even more if you leave the room. Use it only when you need it.
Close doors and Windows if you are using the air conditioning system, or if you leave the rooms turn it off.
o Use as much as you can day light. Use sun light opening the curtains at early hours or at dawn.

o Help us to separate residues adequately. o Your room has two garbage cans one for organic residues and the other for inorganic residues. The housekeeping personnel will pick them up taking them away and deposit them at a container from which the hired company will pick them up and transfer them to be recycled

Shopping and Office:
